Your project files remain on your computer unless you voluntarily send files to us for technical support.
3. Local PDF Processing
All PDF extraction, OCR processing, sheet naming, versioning, and export operations occur locally on your computer.
Submittal Assistant does not upload drawing files to our servers.
Submittal Assistant does not upload files to the California Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM), the Division of the State Architect (DSA), HCAI, or any other government agency.
4. License Activation
The application connects to our licensing provider only for:
- Software activation
- License verification
- Subscription validation
- Software updates
This communication may include:
- License key
- Software version
- Computer activation identifier
- Activation status
5. Purchases
Software purchases are processed through our authorized payment provider:
Lemon Squeezy
Payment information is processed directly by Lemon Squeezy. Submittal Assistant does not store or have access to your payment card information.

The software is designed solely to assist users in preparing PDF drawing packages by extracting individual sheets and applying user-reviewed filenames.
The software does not submit documents to any government agency, does not verify code compliance, does not determine whether a submittal is complete, and does not guarantee agency acceptance, approval, or permit issuance.
