You can review results and final file names on screen, and export a watermarked preview from each drawing set: up to 10 sheets or 30% of the set, whichever is greater. For example, a 120-sheet set exports up to 36 watermarked sheets. Unlimited, watermark-free export and file renaming require a paid license.

The trial key expires automatically 7 days after activation. To keep using the software and to unlock unlimited, watermark-free export and file renaming, purchase a Single User license or a team pack and activate the key that is emailed to you.

Yes. The installer is digitally signed through Microsoft Azure Trusted Signing under our verified legal entity, Submittal Assistant, LLC. Windows checks this signature automatically when you run the installer, confirming the software genuinely comes from us and has not been altered since it was signed.

A Single User license activates on one computer at a time. Each team pack is a single license key that activates on up to that many computers at a time — three or five — so you get one key, one invoice and one renewal date. Share the same key with your team; each person enters it on their own machine.

The 5-User Pack does: five individual licenses would cost $745 a year, and the pack is $649 — $129.80 per user, saving $96. The 3-User Pack is priced at exactly three individual licenses ($447); what it saves you is administrative rather than financial, since it arrives as one key on one invoice with one renewal date instead of three separate purchases to track.

Your license must be renewed to continue exporting files and using paid features. Software updates and email support are included during the active license term.

No. The software creates new output files based on your selections and leaves the original source package unchanged. You remain responsible for reviewing the exported files, filenames, sheet order, version indicators, and document content before submission.

No. Submittal Assistant is an independent third-party productivity tool intended to assist users with preparing drawing files. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by OSFM.

No. Users are responsible for verifying that all files, filenames, drawing content, sheet order, and submission materials comply with current agency requirements before submitting.

The current release is focused on OSFM drawing submittals. DSA support is planned for a future release, along with a Submittal Log for tracking every submittal, backcheck and agency response across a team.
